Property Decision Lab UK is the trading brand. For purchase, download or refund enquiries, contact propertydecisionlab@gmail.com. Never send card details by email.
The product
The UK Property Investor Toolkit 2026/27 is the official 19-page PDF, sold as digital content for a one-time payment of £49. Although the PDF refers to a Deal Analyzer, this purchase does not include a separate spreadsheet. There are no subscriptions or additional products.

Everything we publish is general education. It is not personalised financial, mortgage, tax or legal advice, and it does not guarantee any return or outcome. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult a suitably qualified, regulated professional where appropriate.
Payment
Payment is taken on Stripe's hosted checkout. We do not receive or store your payment details. Payment methods shown depend on your device and region.
Immediate supply and cancellation
Digital content is supplied immediately after payment. Before paying you are asked to confirm that you request this and understand that your right to cancel ends once supply starts. This does not affect your other statutory rights, including where digital content is faulty or not as described.
Delivery and support
After Stripe confirms successful payment, download the Toolkit PDF from the confirmation page in the same browser used to purchase. Private download access lasts one hour. If you have difficulty accessing your purchase, email propertydecisionlab@gmail.com with your purchase reference. Please do not pay again to resolve a download issue.
Use of the material
The Toolkit PDF is for your personal use. Please do not redistribute or resell it.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version shown when you purchase applies to that purchase.
