Payment details
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
What we handle
To complete a purchase and give access to your downloads, we process the order and payment confirmation information provided through Stripe, and technical data needed to operate the site securely.
Why we use it
To take payment, confirm your purchase, deliver your files and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to run the purchase, such as Stripe, and where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Anonymous site measurement
We count page-load entries, page views, purchase-button opens, redirects to Stripe and completed pre-offer reviews. We store daily totals by public page and broad traffic-source category, not individual browsing histories. Reporting covers a rolling 90-day window; older totals and order references are removed during collection, so cleanup can be delayed while the site is inactive. We do not add tracking cookies, visitor identifiers, raw referrer URLs, search terms, email addresses or your checklist answers. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable optional browser measurement. Entries are page loads, not unique people or sessions. Separately, verified payments and created checkouts contribute to order totals; a one-way order reference prevents repeat counting. These references are not joined to browsing events. Internal reporting is not exposed on the public site.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights including access, correction and erasure in certain circumstances, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
